Everything in store is delivered FREE, Australia wide.*
(*Some outback areas not included - see below for details)

Every delivery is sent by courier, includes full insurance and online tracking, and requires a signature on delivery.

We have found that some courier companies service different areas faster than they do others. With this in mind, we use a network of three different courier companies to ensure that your package is delivered as fast as possible. Our current fleet of couriers includes:

• Fastway Couriers
• Couriers Please

About postage to outback areas.

Using our network of couriers, we can cover over 93% of Australian delivery addresses under free postage. Some addresses however, particularly in areas of WA and NT, are classified by all three couriers as 'outback' or 'rural'. When this is the case, the courier companies charge an extra delivery charge on top of the standard rate. For customers with rural addresses, we will still cover the standard postage charge, however the customer will need to pay $35 for the 'outback' delivery surcharge.

If we detect your delivery address is rural, we will send you an email notifying you of this. You then have three options:
1. We can invoice you for the $35 surcharge to have the item delivered to your address.
2. You can supply us with an alternative address (eg. a work or friend's address), and we can check to see if that address is covered under our free postage area.
3. If you decide that the $35 surcharge makes the purchase price too expensive overall, we can happily refund you the full value of your order immediately.

All of our items may also be picked up at our Brisbane warehouse.
Please either email or call us prior to picking your item up, to ensure we have your item ready for you when you arrive.
